Andrés RodríguezKadokawa anunció que la serie de anime crossover Isekai Quartet tendrá una tercera temporada titulada Isekai Quartet 3. El staff también reveló un visual y 11 miembros del cast.
La serie contará con personajes de las series Overlord, Konosuba, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, Saga of Tanya the Evil, The Rising of the Shield Hero y The Eminence in Shadow. La serie es protagonizada por:

- Satoshi Hino como Ains (Overlord)
- Jun Fukushima como Kazuma (Konosuba)
